How it works

Submission Period

Poster design submissions will be accepted from June 1 through August 31, 2021. Designs should be 18″ x 24″ and limited to 3-colors. Final design files must adhere to the outlined requirements.

Entry Requirements

Judge Selection

Judges will select the designs they love in a preliminary selection. Final winners will be determined based on theme adherence, proper file setup, aesthetics, and application of design principles.

Winners Announcement

Winners will be selected during the month of September and designers will be notified upon the final selection from the judges. Posters will go undergo the limited edition print run at FireSprint Printing.

Exhibition and Fundraiser

Opening night and fundraiser will take place in late 2021, at the Dr. Joyce Norene Gallery at Bellevue University. The posters will be on display for the entire month of the showcase.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Uploaded images must adhere to the following requirements:

• The theme is Mental Health and should speak to subjects in that space

• Artwork dimensions are 18″ x 24″ and the file size must not exceed 4MB

• File setup: Each color needs to be separated into individual layers

• Color utilization is limited to 3-colors

• Accepted File types: .pdf, .ai, .svg, .eps, and .dxf

• A maximum of four designs may be submitted per designer

To maintain the integrity of the judging process, imagery and descriptions will be reviewed prior to being passed to the judges. Any work which states the identity of the designer or design team — either in the description or imagery — will be removed from the judging pool.
